LWS Media, a premiere US offshore partner in the Philippines, is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, intelligent and self motivated individuals to join our Technical Support Team.
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Technical Support Team Manager, the primary objective of the Technical Support Representative is to do hardware or software troubleshooting for products supported.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Excellent English communication skills.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
Skilled in computer navigation.
Basic skills in computer troubleshooting for hardware and software.
Work experience with internet connectivity and networking is a plus.
Willing to work shifts.
Require premium technical problem solving ability.
15 Full-Time positions available.
THIS POSITION IS FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING. Walk-in applications are very much welcome and preferred for one-day processing from Monday’s to Fridays from 8:00am to 12:00 noon.
