Description:
INFONXX is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Team Manager. Successfuly applicants for Team Manager will have a great career in INFONXX.

Responsibilities: • To lead, manage, coach, motivate, track performance and develop Assistant Team Managers (ATMs)
• Design programs for CSR development; assist in meeting all performance goals
• Help manage the call center floor
• Handle employee relations issues
• Build and maintain a cohesive team.
Qualification: • Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 3 years of related work experience, in a managerial capacity
• Solid Customer Service and Leadership experience
• Excellent computer and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with various types of people
• Ability to be an effective leader and role model for employees
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills
• Full-Time employment only
