Be able to lead by example, you will also have your own target to hit as well as take responsibility for the group target
Smart and fast thinker
Have the energy and character to keep yourself and your team spirits and activity high, especially when the going gets tough
Confident and outspoken
Experience of running a outbound call based team
You and your team will be worked very hard and under constant pressure to perform. If you are able to successfully motivate your team and hit the required targets, you can expect to be well compensated.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
