Donaldson Call Center Consultancy is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Team Leaders for Outbound Account. Successfuly applicants for Team Leaders for Outbound Account will have a great career in Donaldson Call Center Consultancy.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
Must have at least 6 months experience working as a Team Lead in a call center setting specifically handling an Outbound or Sales account
Should be able to produce performance evaluation reports
Must be able to conducting subordinate coaching to assure that team performance expectations are regularly met
Applicants with no previous call center team leader experience need not apply
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig City.
