Qualifications:
At least 2 years of call center experience as Team Leader, preferably handling a technical account
Solid IT knowledge and background
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage a team of Technical Support Representatives in achieving required output, quality and productivity
Willing to work on different shifts
