3i: Interaction, Innovation, Inspiration is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Team Leaders. Successfuly applicants for Team Leaders will have a great career in 3i: Interaction, Innovation, Inspiration.

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of working experience as a SUPERVISOR/TEAM LEADER in a call center.
Must be an enthusiastic and motivating leader.
Must have proven ability to train, direct and supervise personnel.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Willing to work in shifts (mostly night shifts and graveyard shifts).
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati, Ortigas and Alabang.
