Responsibilities:
This position provides day to day direction and guidance to a team of call centre representatives. The Team Leader plans and evaluates work flow and coordinates work activities to achieve volumes expected to meet operational requirements. Based on established standards, this position will monitor staff performance and the daily application of organizational policies and procedures, provide feedback, coaching and ongoing development to meet client and corporate quality expectations. The position serves as a first line supervisor 8 to 15 agents; may provide input into hiring decisions and performance appraisals but not necessarily make hiring decisions or conduct performance appraisals.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), any field.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
3 Full-Time positions available.
Minimum 2 years in college; preference is College Graduate
Good knowledge of windows-based applications and web technology
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and Good understanding off call centre operations,metrics, and general procedure.
With 1 year prior work experience in a TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACOUNT as a TEAM LEADER.
