We are hiring for exceptional Team Leaders to grow with us! We deeply believe in keeping a sense of entrepreneurial spirit, to constantly find ways to grow assets (the team), expand accounts, and cut costs. The ideal candidate will work closely on all accounts and ensure that each team member is adequately educated, trained, and developed to perform their jobs well. He or she must be able to set the key performance indicators of different accounts and manage expectations correctly. He or she is also expected to help each team create training materials, provide coaching and feedback, document results, counsel and mentor, and delegate work to team members. In addition, he or she must know how to motivate team members, keep the team’s morale high and maintain good relationships with co-workers, both superiors and subordinates.

A typical day for our Team Leader involves the following: Communicate and implement accounts' new requirements, changes, and updates. Monitor and manage accounts proactively to resolve any possible conflicts and issues. Review accounts and user statistics on a daily basis to provide constructive feedback. Implement and enforce new and existing company policies, as well as implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and enhance the quality of the working environment.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
Must have excellent English verbal and written skills
Must have excellent attendance record
Require an acute sense of time to manage and complete projects on time
Has strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through effectively
Excellent teamwork skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Must be willing and able to work graveyard and shifting schedules
Previous experience as Team Leader or equivalent for at least 1 year
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in BPO industry
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center
2 Full-Time positions available
