Description:
Vital Call Center Link is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Team Leader / Coach.
Successfuly applicants for Team Leader / Coach will have a great career in Vital Call Center Link.
Responsibilities:
Manages team and individual performance production, attendance, punctuality records and review of staff.
Monitor calls from customers to oversee the quality of service and maintain Team quality of service.
Identify process improvements within the workflow and suggest resolutions to management.
Requirements:
The preferred candidate should at least have a 2year or a 4year college degree.
Applicants must have excellent English skills both oral and written. American accent preferred but not required.
At least 1 year(s) of supervisory working experience in the Customer Service/Call Center industry or related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City,Ortigas Center or Libis QC.
Applicants must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status. Applicants with US Visa an advantage.
