Required Skills Experience/Technical Knowledge Experienced in leadership role or leadership training in industries or business environment with moderate to heavy use of information technology
Experienced in working environment observing complex business processes and business rules
Experienced in multi-cultural work environments
Experienced or trained in customer service work
Experience in SSC operations is an advantage
Language Proficient in speaking and writing English
Other language skills e.g. FR or ES is an advantage
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
