Experience:
1- 3 years in an international call center

Requirements:
-Should be ready to work in night shifts.
-Bright, ambitious, highly motivated leader to pilot a tech-savvy multimodal Contact Center
-Should possess excellent computer and phone system skills and know jow to analyze productivity, costs, staffing, and budgeting needs.
-Ability to effectivley lead and manage a team.
-High level comminication skills.
-Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and effectivley manage resources.
-Ability to provide a high level of customer interface.
