Epixtar International Contact Center is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Team Leader. Successfuly applicants for Team Leader will have a great career in Epixtar International Contact Center.

Team Leaders have mastered the skills of the call center Agent (both inbound and outbound). They have a comprehensive understanding of sales and customer relationship management techniques to be subject matter experts on call management. Team Leaders manage up to 12 Agents depending on the campaign.

Mastery of sales and customer service processes
Experience working with groups of people to accomplish a common goal
Computer and Internet fluency
Decision maker
Track record of success
English fluency
