Responsibilities:
Manage a group 12 - 20 agents
Ensure optimal staffing for day to day handling of the call volumes
Provide regular coaching and feedbacks to the team members
Conduct regular (daily / weekly) performance reviews of the teams to ensure consistent performance.
Analyze and provide the reports for the performance and other operational metrics, SLAs
Conduct monthly 1-on-1 with the team members to understand the concern areas and help improvise the existing processes
Conduct/ Participate in Daily/ Weekly / Monthly reviews both internally as well as with the clients
Day-to-day interaction with the client SPOC
Implement work process and training needs as provided by the Quality and Training teams and ensure that these opportunities are communicated with the Performance Management Group and that appropriate action is taken.
Analyze defects and provide suggestions for process improvements
Adhere to and manage all prescribed Human Resource policies
Identify and mentor team members to create back-up
Client management skills
Able to manage attrition below the acceptable levels
Ability to resolve conflicts
Requirements:
Collge graduate of any course
2-3 years Team lead experience in a voice/inbound Customer Service Process (Upsell/Cross sell experience)
Client Management skills
Good Communication skills - written/ verbal
Conflict handling skills
Analytical skills
Understanding of customer service metrics
Basic computer knowledge
Coaching and mentoring skills
Proactive and leadership skills
Team Player
