Responsibilities:
Doing Web Application design and development with ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server 2005/2008.
Working with and leading a team of highly motivated .Net Developers, Designers and QA .
Work with business owners and senior management to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, form project plans, and communicate progress throughout the software development lifecycle.
Establish Coding standards and methodologies.
Interface with project managers, marketing teams, and other members of the organization.
Maintain or upgrade existing applications.
Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot production issues.
Write and maintain software documentation.
Assist in the development of training material for end user.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a similar position.
5+ years experience using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005/2008.
Must have experience using .NET Framework 3.5 or above.
Extensive experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, XML, XSL, XSD, Soap, Web Services.
Strong stored procedures skill set as well as OOP and patterns concepts.
Excellent knowledge of Multi-tier web application architecture.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrate ability to lead projects from requirements to completion.
Strong application and database design skills.
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma.
BS in Computer Science or Related degree (or equivalent experience).
Must be willing live and work in Bacolod City.
Three month(s) free Lodging/Accommodation for non-Bacolod residents.
