Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provides direction, planning, leadership, supervision and overall management of team tasks
- Responsible for resource planning and allocation ensuring 24/7 service support to customers
- Act as first-level escalation point for operations
- Analyzes management report and evaluate performance metrics
- Ensures team productivity and development through management of continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve work quality, case resolution and customer satisfaction resulting to improvement projects
- Creates and communicates individual objectives to loans analysts ensuring they are aligned with corporate and team objectives.
- Ensures continuous professional development of loans analyst through regular coaching, mentoring and performance appraisals.
Requirements:
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Must have 1-2 years solid experience as a Team Leader
- Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork / collaboration, motivation and staff development skills including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment / problem solving skills when making decisions.
- Ability to establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal while using appropriate resources
- Ability to coach, develop action plans which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule
