Ingram Micro Philippines BPO is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Team Lead, Vendor Accounting. Successfuly applicants for Team Lead, Vendor Accounting will have a great career in Ingram Micro Philippines BPO.

• Responsible for the daily management of the team to ensure all expected results are achieved according to requirements
• Expected to be the SME so that they can assist the associates with issues while addressing the inquiries of internal/external customers

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for daily management of the team
Percent of time spent in this area: 70%

• Acts as the key point of escalation for the associates on the team (SME)
• Ensures team objectives are met according to requirements eg: SLA’s
• Monitors performance of the team, to an associate level
• Makes recommendations on process improvement related projects
• Holds regular team meetings to identify priorities for the team and/or specific associates
• Maintain staffing levels
• Ensure new associates are properly trained before taking live work
• Prepare regular and/or ad-hoc reporting on team performance

2. Responsible for HR related aspects of the team
Percent of time spent in this area: 15%

• Conducts regular 1:1 discussions with associates to provide feedback and coaching on performance
• Provides input into hiring, disciplinary issues and firing
• Prepares annual performance reviews
• Makes recommendations on regularization of associates
• Provides input into associates merit adjustments

3. Key liaison for Operations Mgr and NA based Process Owners
Percent of time spent in this area: 15%

• Acts as the key point of escalation for issues/concerns of Operations Mgr’s and/or NA based Process Owners
• Works to resolve identified concerns



Requirements:


1. Bachelors Degree specializing in Finance or Accounting – CPA an asset
2. At least 2+ years work experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role
3. At least 5+ years total experience including Team Lead or Supervisory experience
4. Prior experience in a BPO organization an asset
5. Has knowledge and understanding of GAAP
6. Working knowledge of Financial Analysis, SAP and Distribution are added assets
7. Proven ability to maintain professional relationships internal/external
8. Proven ability to resolve complex problems with minor direction from Management
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
