Ingram Micro Philippines BPO is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Team Lead Sales Support-Non Voice.

Formal education or training required such as degrees, courses of study, certification:
AA degree or 2 years of University education required. BA/4 year degree preferred.
Previous work experience required for a new hire in this position; indicate type of experience and length of experience. If supervisory experience is required, how many years and at what level?
2 years in a TL or Supervisor role preferred
Prior experience in a BPO organization an asset
5+ years functional experience, including the TL or Supervisory experience
Summarize the minimum kinds of knowledge, skills and abilities required to do this job:
A. Knowledge of:
Order management
Direct sales
Project management
Operations
Understanding of reseller strategic and tactical direction
Working knowledge of sales systems, including IMTellitrack, Impulse, and Outlook and knows what these systems can and cannot do and how to manipulate system to get needed information
Understanding of basic P&L concepts
Knowledge of current technologies, computer industry, IM policies/procedures and infrastructure
Understanding of all IM resources and their utilization preferred
B. Skill in:
Managing multiple priorities at a time
Transactional management
Leadership
Written and oral communications
Time management for self and others
Microsoft Office suite of procedures in a Windows environment
C. Ability to:
See beyond a single procedure and understands how and why a business process works
Can look beyond functional area to see larger business issues
Able to respond to rapid change, manage detail, people and resources, set realistic and achievable goals/objectives and timelines
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
