Role
The incumbent will be responsible for managing client service delivery through resources on a program level. S/he will be the primary client contact and knowledge expert. S/he is required to manage team member performance and motivation. The person needs to work closely with our US based account management team to identify growth opportunities and proactively ascertain any showstoppers.
Desired Candidate Profile
• At least 3 years of International BPO experience with last one year in a supervisory role.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven track record of people management and situational leadership.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
• Willing to travel to US for process transition and other business needs.
