RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall accountability for recruitment in a CMC. Leads Recruiting Team by providing day-to-day control and direction on applicant assessment, selection and offer. Scope covers agent hiring targets and business support roles for a CMC. Collaborates with Site Director on all recruitment needs for CMC to ensure agent hiring and business support vacancies are filled timely. From time to time, participates in presentations to existing and potential clients on high volume recruiting methodologies, sourcing strategies and applicant assessment. Ensures Hirepoint and other recruitment solutions are fully utilized by the CMC.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Must have extensive and current experience in recruitment of agents and business support staff in Philippines for the call center/BPO industry
Familiarity working in fast-moving, dynamic working environment/industry.
Demonstrated multi-tasking capability.
Success in meeting tight deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to influence and persuade senior management.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with employees at all levels - management and rank-and-file.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Amenable to be assigned either in Makati
