Aegis PeopleSupport is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Talent Acquisition Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and ensure the implementation of appropriate marketing strategies for searches
(i.e. place job advertisements in various media)
• Planning and ensuring implementation of marketing strategies for all sites of Aegis PeopleSupport to support sourcing of applicants for support/ executive level positions
• Coordinate with various units in the implementation of marketing and recruitment events
• Manage budget and coordinate logistics for job fairs, media campaigns, and other recruitment and marketing projects
• ï€ Design and create localized marketing collaterals and HR-related presentations for internal and external use as approved by the Manager, Talent Acquisition
• ï€ Solicit and evaluate proposals from recruitment-related vendors
• ï€ Build and maintain a relationship with vendors
• ï€ Communicate with vendors to ensure that processes are aligned and contracts are maximized
• Represent the Company at networking events related to recruitment and employee programs
• Build and maintain a database of contacts and candidates
• Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, associations, external providers and organizations for sourcing of applicants
• ï€ Evaluate quotations of logistical requirements for recruitment events from external vendor
• ï€ Liaise with and develop relations with external vendors
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to sourcing and recruitment
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing and able to work on extended hours, on GY shift, on holidays or weekends as necessary
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
