- Direct Response / Sales Agents
Requirements:
• 1 year experience in Outbound / Inbound call center Sales
• Have superb Customer Service and Sales Skills
• Have the ability to function in a fast paced, sales driven environment with minimal distraction and supervision
• Maintain high demeanor, high attendance and sales performance according to project objectives
• Enjoy challenges and are highly results-oriented

- Customer Care Agents
Requirements:
• With at least six (6) months call center experience in Outbound and/or Inbound Sales
• Customer-oriented with quick intellectual grasp
• Good communication skills with excellent convincing power
• Should have a flair for Customer Service, capable of handling customer inquiries, service request and complains in a positive and friendly disposition
• Assertive, courteous and able to work independently
• E-mail and problem solving skills

- Outbound Sales Agent
Requirements:
• With at least six (6) months call center experience
• Ability to maintain good customer relations, ability to multi-task and possesses an excellent customer-interaction skills
• Ability to comprehend. Excellent listening skills, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly, respond to requests for service/assistance
• Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands
• Dependable and can follow instructions as well asd take responsibility for their actions and also keep commitments
• Quality management - can look for means of improving and promoting quality while maintaining target requirements
• High level of motivation

- On Line Sales Agents
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Exceptional communication skills and computer literacy especially in Internet technologies
• Sales training/experience is a definite advantage
• Knowledge in another foreign language/s is a plus
• Possess a dynamic, self motivated personality with a passion to excel

- Php Developers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• A graduate of BS Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• Must have 5+ years experience in the following:
• PHP applications development
• CSS and Javascript (jQuery and AJAX) is a plus; design background is a plus.
• Has in depth knowledge for CRM
• Database development in MySQL, SQL Server etc.
• Experience in Microsoft and Open Source environments
• Call center applications development experience is strongly desired

***Salary commensurate to experience and qualifications.


- Marketing Assistant
Requirements:
• A graduate of BS in Marketing or any related course from a reputable University
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field; internet marketing experience is a plus
• English proficient both in oral and written communications
• Computer and internet savvy
• Analytical, creative, tactical and strategic
• Strong results orientation and initiative
• Team player but can also work independently with minimum supervision

- IT Manager
Requirements:
• Must be a graduate of BS in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course from a reputable University
• Must have a minimum of 3-years experience, 2-years of which in BPO set-up
• Plans and executes short and long term strategic plans to make certain IT systems capacity meets existing business IT operations and future requirements
• High understanding in business asset protection requirements and can deliver cost-effective technical solutions • Must be familiar with IT infrastructure operations managements (LAN/WAN, client/server, workstation including Microsoft Windows, Intrusion Detection Systems, Common network vulnerability assessment tools, Anti-Virus, Anti-SPAM systems and Proxy Firewalls)
• Can manage complex local and wide area network systems that includes planning, designing, evaluating, operating sysytems and protocol suites and configuring communication media
• Must have sound knowledge and relevant experience of Contact Center Technologies (VOIP, soft PBX etc.)
• Must have a good knowledge on network level communication device management
• Strong-results orientation and initiative
• Must be English proficient both in oral and written communications

- IT Support
Requirements:
• Applicants must be a graduate of BS in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course from a reputable University
• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in BPO operations
• Knowledge in Software, Hardware and Network Troubleshooting (LAN/WAN)
• Knowledge of Servers, Routers, Switches, PABX systems is advantage
• Basic knowledge in Programming is an advantage
• Must be English proficient both in oral and written communications
• Strong results orientation and initiative
• Team player but can also work independently with minimum supervision
