As a Technical Support Representative, you will be part of a team that aids in troubleshooting and escalating customer concerns for a leading Telecommunications Industry that is based abroad. He/she will serve as helpdesk to the customers and help them to resolve issues regarding installation, connectivity and others.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year work experience as a TSR for a telecommunications industry.
A degree in IT or Engineering is an advantage.
Graduate(Any Course) and/or graduates of 2 year vocational technology courses with at least 1 year work experience or;
College undegraduate completing the 4-year combo:
[at least 1 year in college + 3 years work experience in a call center setting]
[at least 2 years college + 2 years work experience in a call center setting]
[at least 3 years college + 1 years work experience in a call center setting]
[4 years work experience in a call center setting]
Did not apply at Accenture in the last three months
Ability to develop great people interaction and communication skills
Willing to work full-time
