The Resource Group ("TRG") has announced its expansion into the Philippines with the establishment of its subsidiary, TRG Philippines. With its Philippines facilities, TRG will add to its existing global presence in the US, Canada, UK and Pakistan.


Customer Service Rep
Handles customer questions,complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
Offers alternative solutions with the objective of retaining customer's business.
Gather all required data necessary for the services.
Explain product feature and benefits, thoroughly answering questions and setting proper expectations for the product.
Identify opportunities for process movements in customer service that lead to higher standard of service for the program's customers.
Identifies and escalates emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues.


REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1-2 years call center experience handling a CSAT-driven accounts is required.
Experience in handling a Financial Account is desired (Debit Card/Credit Card/Online Payment Processing). Background in handling a telecommunications in a Pre-paid line of business is also an advantage.
Applicants must be flexible in work location.
Must be open to graveyard schedule and/or rotating shifts.
75 Full-Time positions available.

Business Intelligence Analyst

Prepare and consolidate management reports, budget, monthly forecasts, daily profit tracker, variance analysis, financial presentation and simulations.
Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly financial meeting, annual planning and management reporting processes.
Help drive superior decision making by applying analytical and data synthesis skills to deliver key business insights.
Partner with business functions and provide financial leadership to optimize profitability and performance.
Works closely with Business Intelligence Manager to pro actively identify and surface financial issues and opportunities.



REQUIREMENTS:
BS Accountancy/Business Administration/Engineering graduate.
Preferably with 2+ years of meaningful experience in finance/accounting/management
with keen analytical capabilities evidenced by past work experience.
Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply
Excellent intellectual and quantitative analysis capabilities.
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
Superior working knowledge of advanced Excel/Access/Powerpoint features and good working knowledge of data query tools and data warehousing.
Willingness to work night shift and on a flexi schedule basis.

Customer Service Reps
Ensures that prescribed results are delivered depending on campaign requirements.
Ensures that attendance issues are controlled and to report to work as assigned / required / needed by the campaign on time.
Displays professionalism, zeal, and delivers positive customer experience in handling calls.
Voicing to immediate supervisor / management any feedback, suggestions, scripting, and productivity.
Conforms with all company policies / regulations which are in accordance to Philippine Labor laws at all times.



REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have completed at least 2nd year level in college or any vocational course in any field.
At least 6 mos to 1yr Call Center experience (Inbound Campaign) with Sales Background. Experience in handling US-based Telco/Satellite Customer Service with Upselling accounts or related programs is desired
Above average to excellent communications skills
Able to work under pressure.
Able to work with minimal supervision required.
Able to effectively communicate with team managers and co agents
Able to deliver results and drive motivation
Above average computer literacy
Persuasive and agressive
