Vital Call Center Link is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of TECHNICAL SUPPORT LEVEL 2 (TSR 2).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide pre-sales product support assistance (Selling is not required but candidate must have strong sales orientation as he/she plays a significant role in facilitating the sales process)
Answer customer calls on assigned product categories within defined service levels.
Proactively develops and exhibits proficient use of resources, systems and communication skills in order to consistently deliver a quality customer experience.
Uses knowledge to inform and educates resellers to further assist the sales process.
Demonstrates time management skills to effectively accomplish assigned tasks.
Develop product knowledge and skills for creating appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate mastery of the English language - listening, comprehension and speaking
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Has at least 8 months work experience in a previous company, preferably in a Call Center / BPO.
Extensive knowledge on Video, Imaging & Printing (Video cards, digital camera, printer & scanner, video connectors, drum kit, cable connection for printers, CRT & LCD or flat panel)
Above average English communication skills.
Internet savvy and technically trendy.
Up to date with latest technology, gadgets, computer software and hardware.
Willing to work in Mc Kinley Hills, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
Strictly night shift schedule (9pm-6am)
