Requirements:
o Graduate of any 4 year course preferably IT related ( preferably Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electronics & Communication Engineer or any related computer course)
o With at least 1 to 2 years experience in leading a group of help desk or technical support engineers
o Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
o Organize and strong attention to details
o Excellent Communication Skills
o Ability to create positive work environment that supports good morale, quality work, and productivity.
o Ability to lead team efforts and to resolve conflicts and differences.
