Responsible for documenting current business and application processes, identifying Input and Output forms and reports, determines user needs and functional requirements, consults with QA to develop testing requirements and assure quality standards.

Requirements: Must have at least 3+ years of analysis and design experience, with a strong understanding of n-tier design and development principles. Must be effective in extracting all pertinent information from user needs and translating them to functional requirements and specifications. MS solutions experience preferred, as are MS Project and Visio. Experience in UML and other formal technical documentation methodologies will be an advantage.
