ADP Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of System Administrator. Successfuly applicants for System Administrator will have a great career in ADP Philippines.

Responsibilities:


Problem Resolution: Primary role is to tirage and address problems, incidents, and issues for remediation and handle Incident Notification communications to regional management. Coordinate and manage issues with Engineering, Development, Vendor, Regional LAN Support and Management

Deployment: Patch and upgrade implementation to laptops, desktops and server systems. Coordination and communication with targeted organizations. Enusre maintenance windows are adhered to. Perform validation testing.

Maintenance: Coordination and scheduling of data and profile migrations for hardware swaps and upgrades.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
2+ years of IT experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of Networking and desktop technologies. Experience with Microsoft desktop applications, operating systems and servers, desktop software and hardware, printers, Citrix, Systems Management Server, patch management, IT Development and QA technical support and networking.
Knowledge of VDI environments - support and maintenance
Certifications in more than one of the following: Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, EMC.
Understand and value the processes that cross IT services such as capacity planning, change management and problem resolution.
Able to work a rotating shift.
Must be fluent in English.
