Customer Service Representative-Makati
Responsibilities:
Communication/Relationship with Venue/Vendors
Correspond with venue to confirm, arrange menu, negotiate prices, fill out and send F&B contract
Ensure receipt of signed venue contract/verify terms have not changed
Ensure receipt of AV contract
Ensure all arrangements for on-site coordinator support is provided
Prepare and distribute all meeting materials (invitations, 2 day reminders and venue guarantees)
Prepare and process all post meeting financials (financially close meeting)
Ensure all third party follow up tasks are completed
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
