Description:
Integrated Access Solutions is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Support Technician. Successfuly applicants for Support Technician will have a great career in Integrated Access Solutions.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of telecommunications support and Internet experience, as well as knowledge/experience with Telrad and Avaya communications equipment.
- Certification from Microsoft (MCSE), Cisco (CCNA/CCDA/CCNP/CCIE), as well as RedHat (RHCE) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to customers using our products and solutions both on site and remotely.
- Candidate must be able to handle large volumes of customer communication and be able to travel to customer locations to manage equipment and services.
