Description:
Answernet Network is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Supervisor 1st shift. Successfuly applicants for Supervisor 1st shift will have a great career in Answernet Network.

Job Description:
Answer and dispatch inbound calls; data entry, update client information and on call schedules.
Handle training of new and current employees.
Rotate weekend on call duties and be available to work weekends & extended shifts if needed.

Required Skills:
1 year answering service or call center experience.
At least 1 year experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager; must possess excellent verbal and grammatical skills, as well as the ability to improvise.
