Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer
Cross sell value added services or products that are offered by the company
Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
Record, investigate and resolve customer complaints
Assist in the education of new customers and in the re-education of existing customers to the proper procedures of the health plan.
Tracks and follow-ups on all inquiries, utilizing on-line systems and procedures, according to the established guidelines.
Assist with special projects and reports as assigned.
Must consistently meet all initiatives, accountabilities and values-based behaviors
Requirements:
At least two years completed of any college course and 18 years or older
Call Center experience / background is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written instructions
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers
Ability to apply sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues, often with limited standardization.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
100 Full-Time positions available for immediate training.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Must be willing to work in Sucat, Parañaque City and can start immediately
