Senior Reports Analyst
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (database, presentation and spreadsheet applications – Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Must be adept in creating array formulas and pivot tables in Excel
Must have extensive knowledge in call center operations data
Above average grasp of mathematical and statistical concepts/tools
Willing to work in shifting schedules
Highly analytical
Attentive to details
With at least 2 years experience as a Business Data/Reports Analyst in a Call Center/BPO

Customer Service Representatives for Technical Account
