Responsibilities:

Understand system requirements and develop test plans
Design tests, create manual and automated test scripts
Conduct testing, document and analyze defects
Coordinate resolution of issues
Carry out meetings to evaluate documents, plans, code, requirements and specifications
Mentor other team members
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years client-server and web testing experience including test case design, test execution, defect opening/verification and regression failure analysis.
Must have an experience in using automated test tools.
Experience in the following: Functional testing, Reliability testing, Regression testing, Stress testing, Performance testing, Load testing
Excellent analytical skills with ability to recognize and articulate deviations from design specifications and standards
Strong desire for quality and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
With strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work under tight deadlines
Welcomes change and can work in an Agile environment
A team player who can also work independently, organized and self-motivated
