APAC Customer Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Sr. Reports Analyst-Alabang. Successfuly applicants for Sr. Reports Analyst-Alabang will have a great career in APAC Customer Services.

Summary:

Positionis responsible for the development of reporting methods, procedures, development/Implementation and delivery of applications in our corporate and international sites.

Objectives include: Plan, define, document, automate, and execute reporting tools for HRIS.
Define and document test scenarios / cases from Business / Functional users’ standpoint.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day systems administration/management activities that includes: initial set-up, configuration of reporting tools/applications; testing of hardware and software platforms for operational readiness; user account administration requests and/or customization to maintenance and upgrade projects by the Global group.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all reports including daily\weekly reports, reconciliations, monthly reports and additional report analysis for APAC Global group.
Analyze\report information, resolving discrepancies and inconsistencies for all departments (i.e. Ops Leads Management, IT, Billing, etc.)
Assist in discussing, designing, developing, and implementing reports defined by the Organization.
Provide proactive feedback to, Operations, and other internal groups through report analysis, trending, and other reporting tools.
Develop and maintain documentation for report generation
Communicate and problem solve with Information Technology regarding any data issues affecting reports
Assist in training of new analysts and serve as back-up analyst.


REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang.
Must be willing to work during night shift.
Must be proficient in excel, MS office and experience on MSSQL (SSRS) and MS Report Builder and\or Crystal Reports. *AT least one report development system.
An advantage if applicant has the following experience:
Oracle database programming knowledgeable; write database verification scripts, Hyperion Essbase
Experience in any or all development technologies, including UNIX, Visual Basic,, Relational databases, Windows environment, C/C++, Java, EIS/P Code, Access.
Human Resource experience and knowledge.
Good English communication skills.
Full-Time positions available.
