Partner with sales to help drive and grow both the Rich Media publisher business.
Establish and sustain a high level of service and quality that the RM team is known for.
Maintains consistently high client services ratings in concern with others on the team.
Become highly knowledgeable with the Dart for Publishers (DFP) platform.
Appropriately prioritize your workload and properly set delivery expectations with clients.
Actively drive your client's success.
Develop and maintain relationships with your clients
Work effectively with a variety of internal teams, including Account Management, Support, Sales, Engineering and Product Management
Expand personal and team knowledge of new and upcoming products.
Additional Responsibilities:
Improve efficiencies with your clients
At times provide training to your clients
Provide recommendations, insight, and guidance for your clients on all things RM
Succeed in a fast past, high volume, multi-tasking work environment
Become highly knowledgeable with the Dart for Publishers (DFP) platform
Assume your fair share of the team workload
Work collaboratively with your team
Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, and Product Management teams to provide high caliber customer service to website publishers.
