Genpact is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Spanish Speaking Customer Service Associates. Successfuly applicants for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Associates will have a great career in Genpact.

Requirements:

Candidate must be a college graduate or undergraduate who should have finished at least 2nd year college or a two year associate/vocational degree.
Must be able to carry on a conversation in Spanish.
Experience handling an insurance program is preferred but not necessary.
Those without callcenter experience but can carry on a conversation in Spanish are also welcome to apply.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
Shift : 8am to 5pm
