Responsibilities:

Responsible in sourcing/providing recruitment with qualified applicants to meet their ramp targets
Conceptualize, coordinates and implements all sourcing efforts through all channels (internal/external)
Responsible in coordinating/scheduling applicants to recruitment
Responsible in reporting developments and updates in sourcing to Support and Operations (Account Specific/Accounts Management) through sourcing update and accomplishment reports
Assist in fostering and developing harmonious relationship between internal and external clients
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood Libis.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Contract positions available.
