To conduct continuous training and development programs for the trainees and Product Support personnel by formulating soft-skill training programs to enhance English Language Proficiency

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or related discipline
At least 1 year training experience, preferably in a call center industry
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent customer service orientation
