Technical Solutions Specialists
Basic Level
Solid IT background and excellent hardware, software and network troubleshooting skills
At least one year of call center experience providing IT support
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent English communication skills
willing to work on shifts
Advanced level
Proficiency in Operating Systems and Networks, Groupware, Internetworking/VPN, Lotus Notes, Database and proprietary software, in addition to above qualifications

Team Leaders
At least 2 years of call center experience as Team Leader, preferably handling a technical account
Solid IT knowledge and background
Good problem solving skills
Excellent English communication skills
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage a team of Technical Solutions Specialists in achieving required output, quality and productivity
Willing to work on shifts

Process Analyst
Bachelor's degree in IT or Industrial Engineering
At least two years of call center experience in business process design, release and implementation, including end-to-end documentation
Strong analytical thinking, coordination, research, communication and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CMS and CRM systems
Background in qualitative initiatives such as Six Sigma, ISO, EFQM or ITIL will be an advantage
