Link2Support, Inc. is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Shift Supervisors.
Successfuly applicants for Shift Supervisors will have a great career in Link2Support, Inc..
To provide management presence and support to the production activities of Product Support teams in an assigned shift so that required service levels and productivity targets are met in accordance with company policies and productivity standards.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Three (3) years work experience in a call center environment, at least 6 to 12 months of which in a supervisory capacity
Working Knowledge of call center metrics, workforce management and quality assurance
Can organize work efficiently even under pressure; excellent time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Must be a team player
Willingness to work in shifting schedules
Technical Knowledge is an advantage
