A Supervisor is responsible for positively motivating Telephone Sales Representatives, monitoring sales, providing on-line training, creating a positive team atmosphere, developing sales skills and program knowledge and evaluating performance of assigned Associates on a continual basis. This includes daily monitoring and coaching; completing assigned reports and feedback; auditing pods at the conclusion of the scheduled shift for damaged and missing equipment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in the telemarketing field would be an advantage, but not necessary.
Must possess outstanding leadership abilities, including the ability to supervise and manage the activities of numerous people.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
