Communicate both verbally and in writing with both Customers and internal associates with great amount of clarity and professionalism
Review and process customer refunds, discounts, and special pricing approvals and validate their compliance with the Company’s terms and conditions
Locate and follow documented policies on customer programs
Represents Finance as a support to Sales and other Internal Departments in completing the Sales Cycle
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Process refunds and special pricing requests
Percent time spent in this area: 80-90%
Support Sales and other internal departments in administering and validating all requests through Sales Force.
Work with Internal departments and Customers to ensure compliance with the Company's Terms and Conditions.
Analyze the approval and accurately update our discount programs and refund guidelines.
Process log requests on manual refunds/ discounts in an accurate and timely manner to meet required service level agreements.
Support Sales Department
Percent time spent in this area: 10-20%
Answer incoming calls and e-mails to fulfill requests for information and resolution of basic/standard issues.
Research refunds/ discounts and credit card charge history.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of college/ university education
Minimum 1 year sales/sales support experience
Has knowledge and understanding of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic about working the night shift, M-F, between 9pm to 10am
Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
