Job Description:

eStara (www.estara.com), the global leader in Click to Call technology, is recruiting Senior Sales Executives to aid with the expansion of our sales efforts.
You can live anywhere within the territory.

Reporting to a Vice President, Sales Executives/Solutions Executives comprise a team that targets Blue Chip organizations. You will be in charge of prospecting and selling the complete range of eStara’s eBusiness solutions and services. You will be responsible for driving the strategy and closing business on a quarterly basis. Your goals and objectives will align with eStara core values: an absolute devotion to customer satisfaction, courtesy, professionalism in everything we do and a goal-oriented bias for action.
Competitive base + commission package.


Responsibilities:

- Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives.
- Maximize all opportunities to increase deal size and accelerate the buying process.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values.
- Clear understanding of the eStara Sales process and product and service value propositions.
- Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments.
- Maintaining sales leadership to effectively coordinating and orchestrating sales team members with buyer’s organizational decision tree.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management with all respective customers
- Maintain pro-active relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities.
- Manage and prioritize opportunities.
- Maintain Account and opportunity updates within our internal Sales Force - Automation system.

Job Requirements
- 7+ years experience selling complex enterprise e-commerce solutions for named companies in the financial, retail or travel and hospitality verticals
- Fortune 500 customer focus
- Average size of deals closed for past 3 years $500K plus
- Met quarterly and annual quota objectives 3 out of last 5 years
- Masterful skill at “C” level and Board level relationships
- Has proven track record of increasing deal size and accelerating the buying process.
- Is able to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments.
- Ensures 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers.
- Masterful demonstration of strategic thinking and sales skills
- Grow relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities.
- Manage and prioritize large enterprise opportunities.
- Consistently in top 10% of Sales for their current region.
- Earnings exceed US$200K Past 3 years
- Mentor professional internal and external relationships consistent with eStara core values.
