As a 2nd Tier IP/MPLS customer support engineer, who provides technical support to PCCW Globe’s customers worldwide, based on in-depth knowledge of our IP/MPLS backbone.
Participate in maintaining and managing the IP/MPLS backbone.



Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong experience in IP/MPLS network technology
Cisco CCIE certification is a must.
Knowledge in Juniper is an advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness for after-hours on-call duty as part of the team
