Microsoft DNA Framework (ASP/COM+/MTS experience)

Microsoft SQL Server (Stored Procedures; TSQL; database optimization; realtional data modeling experience)
UML Design experience and Documentation Standards
Can follow directions and be a team player and accurately communicate business requirements
