Making Outbound Calls, taking initiatives in other areas such as MIS, conducting process training & assisting Team Leader in various activities.

Requirements:
-Graduates with work experience of 1-2 years, in an international call center.
-Fluency, Neutral accent with good listening ability & telephone handling skills
-Have a keen interest in the internet and have a strong working knowledge of computers.
-Have very good written communicatin skills in english.
-Quick to learn, with strong attention to detail and have a passion for exceeding customer expectations, spontaneous with ability to provide solutions.
-Have a flair for sales.
-Prepared to work in night shifts
