Responsibilities:

Manage the entire program and a team of consultants providing services to a business or consumer market. Coordinate the staffing, training and performance of consultants. Regularly reports program progress to Senior Management. Implement all program changes necessary to meet client requirements. Maintain high employee morale and client satisfaction.
Requirements:

Minimum three years proven management experience in a BPO/Contact Center environment in a leadership role, experience in a business-to-business market preferred.
Hands-on/tactical leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proven business acumen, team building and project management skills.
Experience managing large programs in IT, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Retail, Travel or Healthcare verticals an asset.
Solid background in client management is a plus.
Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
