Responsibilities:
Conduct an organized pre-call planning activities & be able to gather and verify relevant customer business information that will help facilitate the timely progress of the sales cycle
Initiate regular communications with prospects and existing clients while successfully presenting features and benefits of products/services
Effectively diagnose the customers needs & be able to provide specific and strategic recommendations on how issues may be resolved or how their business can further grow
Establish long-term business relationships with customers through timely customer service and strategic account management
Provide timely market and/or customer feedback to support the business development activities being conducted by the organization
Identify or initiate business development opportunities with the assigned customer base
Provide timely and accurate sales activities updates
Actively participate in company sponsored activities
Requirements:
College Graduate
Excellent written & oral communication skills. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
Highly familiar and comfortable in using various office tools, equipments, and/or softwares
Minimum 2 years sales experience and with a very strong sales performance track record
Highly exposed & adept in various sales approaches (corporate/enterprise sales; telemarketing) and with a very good understanding & implementation of negotiations & closing procedures
Analytical & with a highly developed business development skills – identifying areas of opportunities & help conceptualize market penetration strategies and activities
Strong account management & customer service background
Very good presentation skills coupled with the ability to understand, conceptualize, and communicate complex services & solutions
Existing network within procurement/technical/senior management of ship owners/ship managers, ship suppliers or ship yards is a plus
A self-starter and results-oriented
Able to work with diverse & dynamic personalities and teams while being able to maintain teamwork & synergy
Willing to travel and work on varying shifts
