Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance and efficiency of the Security Systems of Teleperformance such as – the Physical Access Control System (PACS) and the CCTV Monitoring Systems. Furthermore, this position will be accountable for the clean bill of health of the PACS and CCTV Systems, including the Access Provisioning and Demission of staff access to the system in a timely manner. Recertification of accesses is also part of the responsibilities of this position up to the efficient CCTV Surveillance monitoring of company premises and perimeters. Moreover, the position holder is expected to establish and maintain adequate security regulations and procedures for the organization. He likewise must work within well established guidelines, referring most complex issues upwards.
1.Maintains the Physical Access Control System (PACS) for Teleperformance Philippines
2.Maintains the CCTV monitoring system for Teleperformance Philippines
3.Knowledgeable in Physical Access Management methodologies
4.Working knowledge on security surveillance operations
5.Working knowledge in security systems (physical assets control system, CCTV monitoring, and the likes) – ASIS Technologies, SecureID, Axis Technologies etc.
6.Perform such additional work as may be required by the COMPANY from time to time under the terms and conditions, and according to the directions, instructions and control, of the COMPANY
Requirements:
A. Minimum Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree
B. Minimum Relevant Work Experience
At least 3 years previous related experience directly related to the duties & responsibilities specified.
C. Minimum Training Required
D. Preferred Qualifications
•Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
•Competent in decision making and problem solving
•Excellent oral & communication skills
•Strong leadership skills
•Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
•Security+ Certified
•MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
•Customer service skills
