Responsibilities:
• Designs and delivers sales training in accordance with Quality Procedures
• Undertake training tasks allocated by the Training Supervisor/Manager
• Efficiently develop and deliver sales modules for campaigns as needed, with the consent of the Sales Training Supervisor/Manager
• Develops sales training ideas, techniques and methodologies through constant research
• Documents all sales training modules and research materials
• Attends scheduled meetings as required and provide feedback to the Sales Training team
• Liaises with other department personnel regarding identification and delivery of specific Sales Training needs
• Discuss daily Sales Training schedules with the Training Supervisor
• Provides regular feedback to the Training Supervisor on the progress of training solutions as against agreed timetables
• Assists in the identification of sales training needs within the business, including "soft skills" needs
• Provides verbal and written feedback to PSR's via Team Captains regarding performance on the production floor
• Provides verbal and written feedback to New Hires/PSR’s regarding performance in the training room environment
• Identifies sales opportunities and resolve campaign script issues with key Management personnel
• Identifies and resolves campaign database issues with relevant IT personnel
• Escalates irresolvable issues to the Training Supervisor
• Assists with the identification and implementation of training solutions
• Assists with the implementation and delivery of training as allocated by Training Supervisor/Manager
• Designs Sales training documentation in accordance with specific PSR requirements and Quality Procedures
• Undertakes specific projects as delegated by the Training Supervisor
• Conforms with Quality and Safe Working standards and procedures
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent in a Call Center Industry
